CHARACTER LIMIT
The number of characters (including spaces) that can be engraved depends on the size and design of the piece. At AJU Enterprise, the standard character limit is:
Women's Jewelry : 16 characters


PROCESSING TIME
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the processing of engraved items. Custom engraving is a meticulous process that necessitates this additional time to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to modify or cancel an engraving request, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Please note that once the customization process has commenced, we may not be able to accommodate any changes.

For additional custom symbols, please contact us before placing your order. We can accommodate more symbols if you provide the SVG file.


HOW TO ORDER ENGRAVING

  1. Select your desired jewelry piece.
  2. Choose the "Engraving" option during the customization process.
  3. Enter your preferred text and add a note.
  4. Confirm your engraving details and proceed to checkout.

ENGRAVING PLACEMENT
All ring engravings will be placed on the inside of the band. Please note that all rings will have a metal hallmark inscribed on the inside of the band for authenticity (e.g., "925AJU" where "AJU" stands for "AJU ENTERPRISE" on each Jewelry. This hallmark engraving cannot be removed.
 
RETURN POLICY
Please note that custom engraved pieces are final sale. However, we do offer alterations. If you ordered the wrong size, we can resize your ring for a $55 fee for sterling silver and solid gold Jewelry.
