KARA provides a Lifetime Warranty for plating of all our fine jewelry pieces, ensuring you can enjoy the jewelry the way you want to!

 

 Claim Process: 
✔ Capture a photo of the tarnished item.

✔ Choose Contact us Option and write a message with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.

✔ Self-ship the product to our official address (Office No. 415, 4th Floor, Options Primo Building, MIDC, 21 Passport office Lane, Andheri East, Maharashtra, Mumbai, India ) and share courier details with AWB number.

✔ Upon receiving the product, you'll receive your refund Immediately.
     
    Exclusions from Warranty:

    - Damage or breakage because of wear and tear.
    - Third-party resizing or alterations.
    - Damage to zirconia Diamonds and Gemstones or Metal due to mishandling.
    - Loss of Zircons, Diamonds or Gemstones on the jewelry
    - Not applicable on Custom made rings.

     
    Jewelry Care Tips:
    - KARA jewelry is crafted for daily use. There are no do's and don'ts ! Just enjoy it everyday the way you want to!! It is suggested to follow the Jewelry care tips gives in jewelry Care Section. 
     
    Breakage Warranty:
    - KARA offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
    - In case of breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as refund.
